Job Overview 

As the Senior Product Manager, Talkdesk, you won’t just manage a platform—you’ll shape how our contact center experiences support patients, healthcare professionals, and partners. You’ll be at the intersection of strategy, business analysis, and platform execution, helping us unlock the full potential of Talkdesk across the enterprise. 

If you're passionate about enabling operational excellence, improving customer experience, and building scalable solutions in a fast-paced med-tech environment, this role is for you. While this is a high-impact individual contributor or team lead role today, we anticipate it will grow into broader product leadership responsibilities as our Talkdesk footprint expands.  

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties 

Product Strategy & Roadmap 

  • Own the Talkdesk product vision, roadmap, and execution in alignment with Sequel’s enterprise priorities and Talkdesk platform capabilities. 
  • Prioritize features based on business needs, customer impact, and platform opportunities. 
  • Stay current on Talkdesk releases and innovations and drive strategic adoption. 

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Partner with business teams (Customer Support, Tech Ops, Clinical Operations) to gather, define, and validate requirements. 
  • Translate needs into user stories, process flows, and product documentation. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor—ensuring the platform delivers measurable value. 

Project Management & Agile Delivery 

  • Oversee delivery of Talkdesk enhancements using Agile methods. 
  • Coordinate sprints, backlog grooming, UAT, and release planning. 
  • Track progress and risks, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders. 

Vendor & Partner Collaboration 

  • Serve as the primary liaison with Talkdesk account and support teams. 
  • Collaborate with implementation partners and internal technical teams to ensure successful deployment and platform performance. 

Change Management & Communication 

  • Lead change management initiatives and user adoption strategies. 
  • Deliver demos, training, and stakeholder presentations as needed. 

Minimum Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
  • 7+ years of professional experience in enterprise product management, platform ownership, or technology program delivery, with 2+ years in a leadership role. 
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing or supporting a CCaaS platform like Talkdesk, Genesys, NICE, or Five9.  

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

  • Expertise in SaaS platform strategy, backlog management, Agile methodologies, and user story development. 
  • Familiarity with Talkdesk Studio, Workforce Management, Reporting/Analytics, and CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce). 
  • Strong understanding of customer experience workflows and contact center operations. 
  • Experience in the med-tech or healthcare technology industry is strongly preferred. 
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, data privacy, and regulated environments. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts into business terms. 
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and vendor partnerships. 
  • Ability to travel a few times a year to the Manchester, NH office.
