Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Product Manager to lead the product vision and roadmap for our B2B CRM system and Sequel Connect, a provider- and employer-facing platform designed to support enrollment, engagement, care coordination, and digital service delivery.
Sequel Connect is a critical component of our digital health offering, enabling functionality such as digital enrollment, virtual onboarding, on-demand telemedicine, automated prescription management, and population health outreach. This role requires close collaboration with the Health Solutions, Commercial, Data & Analytics, Marketing, and Integration teams to ensure Sequel Connect delivers value, scales effectively, and integrates seamlessly across the enterprise. The role will support both B2B and B2C marketing capabilities as part of our outreach to employer organizations and patient populations.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
Platform & Product Strategy
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for the B2B CRM and Sequel Connect platform to support key engagement workflows for provider groups, employer partners, and patients.
- Translate strategic goals into platform features, business processes, and user-facing functionality, with alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Health Solutions initiatives.
Business Requirements & Functional Design
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for:
- Claims-based member identification and segmentation
- Digital enrollment and onboarding experiences
- Telehealth appointment scheduling and triage
- Prescription refill and pharmacy delivery workflows
- Population health outreach logic and triggers
- Targeted marketing workflows for B2B outreach (employers/providers) and B2C communication (patients/members)
- Translate requirements into user stories, process maps, functional specs, and platform documentation.
Implementation & Delivery Oversight
- Lead sprint planning, UAT, and change management efforts in collaboration with Salesforce engineers, vendors, and platform partners.
- Prioritize and manage delivery against product roadmaps and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the Data & Analytics team to define success metrics and enable downstream reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the primary product liaison to the Health Solutions team, supporting Sequel Connect evolution.
- Partner with the Salesforce CRM Product Manager and System Engineers to ensure architectural and operational alignment.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to support outbound campaign enablement (B2B and B2C) using CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Work closely with the Integration team to coordinate data exchanges with EMRs, third-party vendors, and internal systems.
- Partner with the Data & Analytics team to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data model alignment across platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years of product management experience with enterprise or healthcare platforms, with 2+ years of leadership experience.
- 2+ years of experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce Sales Cloud preferred) and/or digital engagement solutions.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience working with marketing and engagement platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Adobe, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with med-tech, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred.
- Experience supporting digital health capabilities such as virtual onboarding, claims-based targeting, telehealth integration, and population health outreach.
- Ability to support both B2B and B2C marketing workflows, including contact segmentation, journey orchestration, and campaign support.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud), user and account models, reporting, and campaign integration.
- Understanding of how CRM and external platforms (e.g., EMRs, telehealth vendors, pharmacy systems) exchange data.
- Experience working with data teams to define KPIs, support data pipelines, and enable analytics dashboards and insight generation.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Ability to clearly communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and leading cross-functional teams through roadmap alignment and delivery cycles.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, data privacy, and digital health requirements.
- Ability to travel a few times a year to the Manchester, NH office.
