Job Overview
Sequel Med Tech is seeking a Staff Software Test Engineer to support our growing portfolio of digital health products and systems. As our first dedicated SDET, you will guide the testing strategy for the product team by familiarizing yourself with the end-to-end system flow and user journeys and then developing and maintaining our test plans. You will also serve as the subject matter expert to support our team of full-stack engineers in developing their automated tests and will review and approve delivered features to ensure testing completeness. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with both manual and automated testing strategies and will know how to communicate effectively with engineers, product leaders, and Quality stakeholders. They will be hands-on and excited to build great patient-, caregiver-, and clinician-facing products to support a rapidly growing medical devices startup.
