Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Process Manager to join our dynamic team. The Business Process Manager will be responsible for owning and optimizing our Salesforce implementation to support our sales, customer service, and marketing initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems and platform meets the evolving needs of our organization and drives business growth.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

· Works closely with users, stakeholders, and IT personnel to elicit requirements, streamline processes, improve access to information, and define business and technical needs effectively and efficiently.
· Provide regular communication of objectives, progress, feedback, and roadblocks to team members; escalate to senior management as appropriate.
· Continuously collaborate with business and stakeholders to analyze new and current business needs, solicit and develop requirement details, and design business solutions that enable the business area to achieve its objectives.
· Plan and deliver solutions that are clearly documented, have traceability to business objectives, and are in line with business priorities while aligning these solutions with long-term technology capabilities.
· Partner with business leaders in a variety of problem-solving activities and evaluations of short and long-term business challenges for process optimization and to drive continuous improvement.
· Build and grow trusting and credible relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
· Evaluate system functionality, working with internal stakeholders to establish requirements and aids the process of managing enhancement requests.
· Design dashboards and reports for tracking completion of key results aligned to company objectives and process efficiency. Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
· Conduct regular training; develop and publish validated training materials and user guidance as needed.
· Creates workflow diagrams that reflect current and future business environment.
· Provides thought leadership to help employees fundamentally rethink how they do their work in order to dramatically improve customer service and reduce operational costs.

Minimum Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum of 2 years in a Business Process Manager or similar role
· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, or similar role. · Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining Salesforce solutions in a corporate environment.
· Experience with Diabetes medical devices is preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Experience with Agile methodologies and Salesforce Lightning Experience preferred.
· Knowledge of healthcare or medical device industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
